Cancellation Policy
At SkyForce Athletics, we value your time and are committed to providing high-quality training experiences. To ensure fairness and availability for all athletes, please review our appointment policy below: Booking & Payment: -All training sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. -Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received. Cancellation Policy: -12+ Hours Notice: Appointments may be canceled free of charge with at least 12 hours’ notice. -12 to 4 Hours Notice: Appointments may be rescheduled at no cost, but are not eligible for cancellation/refund. -4 to 1 Hour Notice: Appointments may be rescheduled depending on availability, but are not eligible for cancellation/refund. -Less Than 1 Hour Notice / No-Show: Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, or missed without notice, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Rescheduling: -Rescheduling is subject to availability. -All rescheduled sessions must be completed within the same calendar month as the original booking. Facility Use & Damage Responsibility: -Any damage to equipment, lights, windows, walls, or other parts of the facility caused during your session will be your responsibility. -Users are responsible for covering the cost of any repairs or replacements resulting from damages. -Please report any accidents or damages immediately. Important Notes: -Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. -Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
